Seagull is all about making courses successful, no matter what.  That means redundancy.  So, if the online course doesn’t work, there is a DVD.  If a trainer doesn’t know an answer, he or she has access to scores of other trainers, nationwide.  And, if the video conference system doesn’t work, there must be a speaker phone.

    An iPhone works fine for smaller classes.  Seagull needs this number, in advance, or at the very beginning of training.  It’s the emergency fall back.

    Be sure you have a working phone number on file for each and every course!
