ERRP Classroom Presentation

Computer Presentation

Many Seagull providers prefer this system because it is simple. In this style of presentation, the instructor or facilitator simply douple clicks on the desktop icon representing that which one wishes to train. Examples of icons are as follows:

Typical computer presented initial 8 hour courses exactly follow the manual with the exception that Module 2 is held until after the hands-on which is usually given at 1:00 PM. Hands-on may be conducted by the onsite instructor or by Seagull, remotely. Seagull must be informed that it is to handle HO by 10:00 AM EST.

NOTICE:  The Presentation for the initial course and refresher course are completely different and May only be used in the course for which they are intended.

IF DVD IS MISSING OR DOES NOT PLAY

If there is any technical or physical reason the trainer cannot play the DVD, quickly phone Seagull at 1-800-966-9933. If it is after hours or a Saturday, Dial #3 when instructed, “IF YOU HAVE AN RPP EMERGENCY, DIAL THREE.”

Seagull has three back-up systems that can be used in the event of DVD failure. Each requires at least a computer with Internet connection. This is why we demand Internet before during and after each and every course.

For groups of 1 to three students: With warning, Seagull can broadcast the classroom portion of the course from Fort Lauderdale through any Skype connection.

For larger classes, the DVD information can be streamed over the internet. To do this, the receiving computer needs to have a screen large enough for the class to see, or a projector hook up is needed.

If a DVD player or computer hook up will take one or two hours, begin the course with the hands-on. 2 hours for the initial class or 1 hour for the refresher.

If all else fails, you must delay or cancel the class. Please try to never cancel.
THREE WAYS TO PRESENT A COURSE
