After the student fills in his or her portion of the Combo Form, it is very important that the trainer or facilitator check the students entries for legibility.  This information will appear on the students certificate and will be reported to the government.  Mistakes are very difficult to repair considering that Seagull reports to EPA and many states.  If there is a mistake, it all has to be redone.  When retrieving the Combo Form from the student is the key time to identify problems
