The tally number is the week's course number. The tally number is used for centers offering a consistant weekly schedule, training on the same day of the week, each week, while using the same trainer to lead that course each week. A "Course Number" is used for any other course.

In every case, the tally number must be duplicated precisely in order for the system to work properly. The tally number is used on all documentation related to each course and for each student for the week. The course code (or type) must be attached to the front of the tally number.

Example: SE0601 -WR The number of students must be attached to the front of the entire tally number. ie: SE0301-7WR

WE USE A TALLY NUMBER SYSTEM WHICH CONSISTING OF 3 SECTIONS:

1.

Indicates your center code, example: (SE)

2.

Indicates the year the course was provided (06).

3.

Indicates the week the course was provided (22)

Your complete number for the week will look like this:

SE0622

FOR EACH CLASS YOU APPEND TO THE END OF THE TALLY NUMBER:

A.

After that add the number of students: (7)

B.

And the type of course: (WR)

Your complete number for each course will look like this:

SE0622-7WR
