What does Notification mean?

PRE-NOTIFICATION

Pre-notification means exactly that. Each course is required by law to be notified to Federal and State Government Agencies at least 10 working days previous to the start of the course.

CONFIRM-NOTIFICATION

Confirm Notification tells us that the course has begun and how many students will be registered in the course.
CANCEL-NOTIFICATION

Cancel notification tells us nobody signed up for the course and the course can be canceled.

POST-NOTIFICATION

This is primarily done for the benefit of the governments that license. It lets them officially know the outcome of the course in terms of names, addresses, certificate number and final grade. It must be posted for them with in five days of course completion.
