Asbestos Courses

Whether it's an MSK AMBIENTAL or ASBESTOS CONSULTING AND TRAINING (ACTS) certificate, one of the biggest drawing factors for our client base is that the certificates are accepted/approved in most states. This provides mobility without restraint for multi-state contractors and consultants. This page shows specific federal provider approvals for each discipline. It also shows which federal agency oversees the training and whether it requires accreditation. OSHA does not accredit courses but nevertheless, requires employees to have taken it by regulation. Please note: All English asbestos courses are accredited by U.S. EPA and most states under the official company name: ASBESTOS CONSULTING AND TRAINING (ACTS). Spanish courses are accredited under the officially company name: MSK Ambiental (MSK). States and clients alike have grown to know us as the parent company Seagull Environmental Management Company or "Seagull". As such, our courses for both companies are sometimes known, listed and refered to as "Seagull courses". Please understand this when directing your clients to contact the federal and state governments to confirm our accreditation status as we may be listed under either or both names.
