How to search the database

The main source for verifying the authenticity of a cert is at the Seagull site http://www.seagulltraining.com/. For years our student database has been accessible to the public. To verify a cert click on the "CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION" link

From this link you access our all-time database search engine. It contains every student we have ever trained since 1988 (people having attended and not payed are not listed here). The best search result is provided when you enter the certificate number from either the original or the copy of a cert you currently have. The result provides you information to confirm with. If you get different information returned on the web page it is likely the certificate has been "doctored". In this event please call us at 1-800-966-9933 or fax the cert to 954-524-2430. Please do, reporting the descrepancy keeps everyone honest and safe.

Other ways to search are to enter the student name and you get the complete training history of the attendee. Put in the course number and it shows who was in the class that week.

Verify your certs! everyone is doing it! Training providers (including our centers) use this search engine to verify back-up certificates for students seeking their refreshers. Consultants use it to verify certificate authenticity on job-sites they are tending to. Contractors use it to make sure people they are hiring have current certificates. Students use it to determine when they need to be refreshed.
