If your student came to you through GreenEdu, payment by the student has already been made.  Upon payment to GreenEdu, your organization will receive an email stating the course and the date along with a tracking number, as shown below. All that is required is for the trainer or facilitator to enter the student tracking number on the email registration form.  This will require your keeping the emails until the tracking number is transferred.  If the tracking number is lost, call Seagull before emailing the registration form.


If your student did not come through GreenEdu, then you should type something identifying about the payment in the “OTHER” box.  For instance, a check number or credit card confirmation number.
