Seagull cannot emphasize how important it is to insure that the training is given exactly as it is intended.  One of the biggest mistakes made by providers is that they fail to realize that the training certificate issued is federally or state authorized.  It represents that the training was given exactly as intended.  Anything else is FRAUD!

While the example below is for asbestos training, the certificates in question are by the same authorization and authority as lead-safe renovation.
